Spreading Japanese Food Culture from Fukuoka to the World
Since the establishment of Kubara Honke USA in 2016, we have dedicated our efforts to promoting Japanese food culture worldwide through sales on our own e-commerce platform in the US and via pop-up stores and in-store shops in Asian countries.
Initiatives in the United States
With the aim of delivering authentic Japanese food to customers across the US, we have been offering products on our own e-commerce platform since 2016. We also share a variety of recipes using our products on our website and social media accounts, such as Instagram, in hopes of expanding the enjoyment of food. Our pop-up stores in the US, mainly in New York, also serve to provide more customers with opportunities to experience Japanese food culture.
Initiatives in Europe
In 2024, we launched initiatives to make a full expansion into the European market. Our efforts focus on major culinary centers such as Paris and London, aiming to showcase the delights of dashi to a broader audience.

Initiatives in Asia
Since hosting our first pop-up event in Singapore in 2013, we have been delivering our products directly to customers in a variety of locations across Asia, including Taiwan and Hong Kong. Our first permanent in-store shop in the region launched in Hong Kong in 2019, after which similar locations opened in Shanghai (2021) and Taichung, Taiwan (2024).
